Clemson Basketball Loses Another Player to Transfer Portal

Welcome to the new world of college basketball.

Transfer numbers are at an all-time and they only keep rising with each passing day.

Clemson has been hit hard this offseason with Oliver Maxence Prosper and John Newman III both having left with multiple years of eligibility left. Clyde Trapp chose to play his final season elsewhere and 2021 signee Lucas Taylor asked for a release from his Letter of Intent.

Now Lyn Kidd is leaving after just one season in the program.

Kidd came to Clemson from IMG Academy as a four-star prospect and ranked No 77 overall in the country. He was originally supposed to be a member of the 2021 class but reclassified as a member of the 2021 class.

The 6-foot-11, 240 pound center will now go in search of his next college home.
