Justin Foster Releases Farewell Message to Clemson Fans

Dabo Swinney announced on Wednesday that defensive end Justin Foster will not return in 2021.

Foster contracted Covid last summer and the fact that he’s dealt with asthma and allergies his entire life only exacerbated the situation.

“Justin is a guy that has always battled asthma and allergies and always had challenges when we got COVID,” Swinney said. “Last summer, that really, really set him back. And, you know, he just wasn’t able to do what he needed to do and he’s way better than he was back in August, but he’s still kind of working through that.” 

Earlier today on Twitter, Foster put out a farewell message to all the fans.
