Two Clemson Tigers Projected as First Round Picks In 2024

Two former Clemson Tigers were taken in the first round of this year’s NFL Draft and according to one early mock, two more could go next season.

247Sports has released a Way Too Early Mock Draft for 2024, with two Clemson rising juniors being included.

Andrew Mukuba No. 11 Seattle Seahawks

Jamal Adams was injured a year ago and is likely nearing retirement. The versatile and cross-trained Andrew Mukuba should be one of the first defensive backs off the board in next year’s draft. Seattle hit on cornerback Tariq Woolen in 2022 and just took another cornerback, Devon Witherspoon, with the No. 5 pick. Legion of Boom, 2.0?

Jeremiah Trotter Jr. No. 27 New York Jets

The Jets are set along the defensive front and have a plethora of weapons for Aaron Rodgers, so what will they look for here? Trotter is maybe the best on-ball linebacker in college football and should have a lengthy NFL career just like his dad.
