Former Clemson DT Announces Transfer Destination

Darnell Jeffries is headed to the B1G.

The former Clemson defensive tackle made the announcement via social media that he will transfer to Minnesota.

“I am blessed and excited to announce that I will be committing to the University of Minnesota,” Jefferies said.

Jeffries was part of Clemson’s 2018 recruiting class and entered 2021 with 21 tackles (one for loss) and a half sack in 169 career snaps over 23 games.
