Former in-state tight end Jaleel Skinner looks to be nearing a decision.
Skinner is out of Greer but will play his senior season at IMG. He is just one of two uncommitted tight ends that currently holds an offer from Clemson. However, while the Tigers have continued to recruit Skinner, it’s Oscar Delp that has always been at the top of the board.
The favorite to land Skinner has to be Florida State, although Miami made a strong push over the summer. It wouldn’t be a complete shock to see the Canes come away with the 6-foot-5 tight end.
Skinner is the No. 1 tight end in the country according to the Composite and ranks No. 73 overall and No. 13 in the state of Florida.
