Former Clemson Center Will Transfer to Fellow ACC School

Lynn Kidd has a new home. The former Clemson Tiger is headed to Virginia Tech.

After spending the first season of his college career at Clemson, Kidd announced that he had decided to transfer. The 6-foot-10 center was set to enter next season as a backup to PJ Hall and decided to move on in an effort to get more playing time.

Kidd came to Clemson as a 4-star center out of IMG Academy and was ranked No. 110 in the country. Last season he played just 33 minutes as a freshman, scoring eight points.
