Brad Brownell has picked up his second commitment in as many days.
USF guard David Collins announced on Twitter he will be transferring to Clemson.
Collins has spent the past four years playing for the Bulls and will use the NCAA waiver for a fifth and final season that he will play in Clemson.
Last season, the 6-foot-4, 220 pound guard averaged 12.5 points and 3.4 assists per game for South Florida.
Over his career, he has appeared in 116 games, averaging 13.3 points per game. He is seventh all-time in scoring for South Florida with 1,540 total points.
