Report: Clemson Offensive Lineman Enters Transfer Portal

The quality depth that Clemson is starting to build along the offensive line might be starting to show.

According to Matt Connolly of The State, reserve offensive lineman Kaleb Boateng has entered the transfer portal.

A member of Clemson’s 2019 recruiting class, Boateng committed to the Tigers on Signing Day, December 19, 2018. He enrolled in January of 2019.

The 6-foot-4 linemen was ranked No. 78 among all tackles in the 2019 class and No. 941 overall in the 247 Compsite Rankings.

Boateng, a former three-star recruit, has appeared in five games and played 26 snaps, most of which came in four games in 2019 while redshirting. This season, his only action came against Pitt, when he played five snaps.
