Former Buckeye Quarterback Voices Displeasure With Dabo Swinney

Clemson head coach Dabo Swinney is making headlines for where he ranked Ohio State on his latest Coaches’ Poll Top 25 ballot. He has the Buckeyes ranked No. 11 and below other teams like Iowa State, Oklahoma, and Coastal Carolina.

Swinney has made his feelings clear and said multiple times that he doesn’t think Ohio State should be rewarded for playing just six games. He says the season is a grind and it’s much tougher to play 10 or 11 games like other conferences have.

Even as late as Sunday Swinney voiced his thoughts on the Buckeyes and the College Football Playoffs.

“I think the games matter,” Swinney said. “I think the mental and physical toll of a season, there’s nobody out there that would say somebody who’s played 11 games versus somebody who’s played six is better physically”.

Former Ohio St quarterback Cardale Jones isn’t happy about it and decided to take his thoughts to Twitter.
