Clemson RHP/IF Named Preseason All American

Perfect Game has named Clemson utility player Davis Sharpe a Preseason All American today. Last season Sharpe contributed mostly as a weekend starter but also served as the DH at times.

The sophomore looks to play an integral part once again this season, whether that’s on the mound, at 1B, or serving as the DH.

Last season he went 7-4 with a 3.20 ERA and was second team All ACC as a starting pitcher.

Opening Day is February 14, with the Tigers hosting Liberty.
