By winning the College Football Playoff’s national championship in January, the Clemson Tigers got off to the strongest possible start to the year when it comes to the men’s side of the Capital One Cup standings. The Tigers currently have 62 points, tying them with North Dakota State for fourth place.
With UVA’s national titles in basketball and lacrosse, they’ve opened up a sizable lead on the rest of the field, sitting 42 points ahead of second place Stanford.
