For the past two weeks, Clemson has been without one of their most productive wideouts in Antonio Williams.
Last week, the Tigers were without arguably their best cornerback, after Nate Wiggins was injured late in the loss to Florida State.
On Wednesday, Dabo Swinney provided an update on the two injured players, without giving any indication on whether either would play this weekend when Clemson hosts Wake Forest.
“They are better. They are getting better,” Swinney said. “Like I said (Tuesday), they are day-to-day with their type of injuries, but they are improving every day.”
With a bye week coming up after the Wake Forest game, and the Tigers huge favorites over the Demon Deacons, it would not be shocking to see both players sit again this week in an effort to have both healthy for Miami.
