Clemson picked up its second commitment in as many days on Wednesday when 2023 TE Reid Mikeska announced a verbal pledge to the Tigers.
The 6-foot-6, 233-pound prospect out of Texas, chose Clemson over other finalists that included Texas Tech, Alabama, Auburn, Texas, Texas Tech, LSU, South Carolina, North Carolina, Florida and Tennessee. In total, Mikeska had 43 offers.
Mikeska is rated as a 4-star prospect by Rivals and a 3-star in the Composite Rankings.

The addition of Mikeska now gives Clemson three commitments in the 2023 recruiting class. He joins QB Chris Vizzina and WR Nathaniel Joseph.
