(WATCH) A Loss Worth Celebrating for Clemson Freshman Cade Kubnik

Cade Klubnik is the absolute perfect fit for the Clemson culture.

After spring practice on Wednesday, the ClemsonLIFE program attended practice to visit players and staff. One of the videos from that day captured just how special this visit really is for both the members of the wonderful program and the players.

The video was shared by the Clemson Football twitter account and shows sophomore ClemsonLIFE student, Alex Eveland, being challenged by the freshman quarterback Cade Klubnik. The challenge from Klubnik was he would give Eveland his towel and wristbands if he could throw the football and make it into the net on the first try.

What happened next is what it’s all about.

The reaction seen from not only Eveland but also Klubnik himself was priceless. The five-star recruit out of Westlake High School in Texas appeared to be as excited as he would throwing a touchdown in a real game.

In the video it’s easy to see that the true freshman is already making a positive impact on campus. Videos like these also prove not only how wonderful the Clemson football program is but also how special the young athletes are that buy into the program that Swinney has built there.

Every year Swinney brings in these star athletes that prove to be just as special as the ones that have already moved on after their time as a Tiger, continuing to back up the old saying there’s something special in these hills.
