Andrew Booth Jr has been projected by many to be a first round pick in the NFL Draft next month.
However, the former Clemson corner recently underwent a surgical procedure for a sports hernia, but is expected to be ready to go for the start of training camp.
Booth was a first-team All ACC player for the Tigers a season ago. He recorded 75 tackles, 5.5 TFL, 10 pass breakups, five interceptions, and a sack during his final season.
How this affects his draft status is hard to pinpoint, but he has been falling down in some of the mocks in recent weeks.
The NFL Draft is set for April 28-30, and will take place in Las Vegas.
