Well known college football analyst Phil Steele has released his projections of the Top-10 teams in the AP Preseason Poll.
Over the years, Steele has been pretty spot on with these projections, and he thinks Clemson will be ranked at No. 4 when the initial polls come out.
“Here are the ten teams I feel will be in the 2022 AP Preseason Top Ten and over the last thirteen years 125 of my 130 (96.2%) Projected top ten teams in February made the actual top ten,” Steele said.

4. Clemson
5. Texas A&M
6. Notre Dame
7. Michigan
8. Utah
9. Oklahoma
10. Oregon
The Tigers are coming off a 10-3 season that saw them miss the College Football Playoff for the first time since 2014.
