2023 ATH Lewis Carter, out of Tampa, announced an offer on Thursday afternoon.
Carter has 27 offers to date and ranks as the No. 7 linebacker in the country and No. 107 overall in the Composite Rankings.
Troy Bowles, another 2023 linebacker out of Tampa, also announced a Clemson offer on Thursday.
Bowles, the son of longtime NFL defensive coordinator Todd Bowles, is ranked No. 2 among all linebackers and No. 38 overall. To date, he has picked up almost three dozen offers.
