One of the best safety prospects in this recruiting class has trimmed his list of schools down to five, with Clemson making the list.
Alabama, Southern Cal, Ohio State and Oklahoma also made the cut.
Branch is out of Las Vegas and is ranked as the fourth-best safety in the country. He’s also the top player in the state of Nevada and No. 49 overall in the Composite Rankings.
He picked up an offer from Clemson last year and is scheduled to take an official visit in the fall. Branch has long been considered a strong Ohio State lean.
