Clemson picked up a commitment from 4-star cornerback Toriano Pride on Friday, the Tigers second blue-chip commitment in as many days.
Clemson offered Pride in August of last year and the 5-foot-11, 180-pound player picked the Tigers over Ohio State, Oregon, Georgia and Missouri. In total he had close to 30 offers.
Pride comes to Clemson from Lutheran North High in St. Louis, Missouri and an opportunity at early playing time was something the defensive back found very intriguing.
The Composite ranks Pride at No. 187 overall and No. 23 at his position. However, 247 ranks him much higher. He comes in at No. 71 overall and No. 10 among all corners.
If you have yet to see him in action, check this out.
