Clemson Softball Projected to be Regional Host

The Clemson softball team currently sits 37-4 overall and in first place in the ACC standings at 26-4.

It is the first full season for the program after the inaugural season was cut short last year due to the pandemic.

John Rittman’s Lady Tigers are currently riding a 17-game winning streak, ranked No. 13 in the country and No. 17 in RPI. The 17-game winning streak matches a school record the team set earlier this season.

D1 Softball put out their latest NCAA projections and currently have Clemson hosting a regional as a No. 11 overall seed. Auburn (26-16), Liberty (32-12) and Campbell (20-13) are the teams projected to being in the regional with the Lady Tigers.
