Former Clemson DB Returning to Vikings

Former Clemson DB Mackensie Alexander is going back to where it all began.

Alexander has agreed to terms with the Minnesota Vikings on a one-year veterans minimum deal, plus signing bonus.

The former Clemson Tigers started 10 games for the Bengals last season, recording 32 tackles and one interception.

Alexander was originally picked in the second round by the Vikings in the 2016 NFL Draft. He spent the first four seasons of his career there, appearing in 55 games, with 10 starts, totaling 103 tackles, 4.5 sacks, two interceptions, and 21 passes defended.
