It has been a tragic week for one member of the Clemson football family.
The family home of backup quarterback Taisun Phommachanh, located in Connecticut, was destroyed by fire last Monday night. Fortunately, no one was injured, but the fire has left the home uninhabitable. The family is reportedly staying in a nearby hotel.
What makes the story even more tragic is the fact that the fire took place just one day after the death of Phommachanh’s grandmother, whose funeral was held on Christmas Eve.
A GoFundMe has been set up by one of the family’s neighbors in an effort to help the family rebuild. Anyone interested in donating can find the link here.
My neighbors, and good friends lost their house in horrible fire. It added to an already trying week, when they lost their Grandmother the day before….. These giving and God loving people need our help. I know its been a very hard year for all of us, but imagine losing everything with what’s going on in the world today, makes it that much harder…A small donation would go along way. May God protect them, and guide them. Thank you very much!!
