After a disappointing outing by Clemson’s standards and not coming close to covering the spread against Syracuse, the Tigers open as 32 point favorites against Boston College when they play in Death Valley this Saturday.
Boston College is riding high after coming off of a 48-27 victory over Georgia Tech on Saturday and the way the Tigers embarrassed the Eagles last year, winning 59-7, Boston College will be coming in wanting some redemption.
Then add in the fact that the Eagles new head coach, Jeff Hafley, comes from Ohio State. Everyone knows that there has been no love lost there after Clemson’s win against the Buckeyes in the playoff last year. It could lead to some added fireworks in this series.
