D1 Baseball, who in my mind has some of the best college baseball coverage, has released its Top 25 2019 Recruiting Classes. Overall 6 teams from the ACC and 9 from the SEC make the cut, with 3 of the top 5 being SEC teams.

The Tigers 2019 class consists of 13 players, 8 of which are pitchers. One of those pitchers is right hander Mack Anglin. He had an outstanding fall camp and very much looked the part in the scrimmages back in October. He’s 6’5, 200 lbs and could be an instant impact guy, whether it is as a starter or a reliever. Another name to watch is LHP Geoffrey Gilbert. At 6’2 and 200 lbs, he is a guy that could potentially land a role out of the pen in his first season, an area the Tigers could surely use the help. However, he’s got starter stuff and any relief role would be temporary.
