Fifth year senior Tanner Muse has accepted an invite to play in this years East-West Shrine Bowl. Muse has been a staple in the Tigers secondary the last two seasons, manning one of the safety spots.
Muse was a Thorpe Award semifinalist this season, as well as making first team All ACC. He started all 13 games, leads the team with 4 INT’s, and is fifth on the team with 65 tackles. He also has 5 TFL, 2 sacks, and 5 pass breakups.
The East-West Shrine Bowl will be played at Tropical Field in St Petersburg, Florida, on January 18. Kickoff is set for 3pm and the NFL Network will be televising it.
