During Monte Lee’s tenure as head baseball coach at Clemson, Greg Starbuck has been a mainstay, serving as the Tigers third base coach. That won’t be the case any longer as new head coach at UNCG Billy Godwin has hired Starbuck to be an assistant on his staff.
Starbuck just finished up his fourth season as a volunteer assistant on the Tigers coaching staff. Prior to that, he’d spent 17 years at Elon as an assistant. Best of luck to Coach Starbuck in Greensboro.
