Sports Illustrated named its preseason All American teams recently and six Tigers made the list. Three players were named to the first team and three to the second team.
QB Trevor Lawrence, RB Travis Etienne, and LB Isaiah Simmons were honored as first team selections. Etienne had the distinction of being a unanimous selection.
DE Xavier Thomas, WR Tee Higgins, and RG John Simpson were the three second team selections.
