Transfer guard Joe Girard is going to be a Tiger. The only question remains where.

The former Syracuse standout announced on Twitter Thursday that he was down to two schools, Clemson and LSU.

Girard averaged 16.4 points per game last season with the Orange and shot 38.1% from 3-point land.
