We now know the Tigers next target at running back, as 2023 4-star RB Chris Johnson announced an offer from Clemson on Wednesday.
Johnson is just the fifth running back to nab an offer from Clemson in the 2023 class and it comes on the heels of Jeremiah Cobb committing to Auburn on Friday.
The 5-foot-11, 180-pound player out of Dillard High in St Augustine is approaching the 35 offer mark, with some of his most recent coming from FSU, NC State, UNC and Alabama.
Johnson released his Top-6 last week with Alabama, Clemson, Florida State, Miami, Ole Miss and Texas A&M all included.
