Talk about a bad take.
Yes, there has been a lot of criticism over how the Clemson offense has started out this season but don’t think that the criticism of head coach Dabo Swinney has stopped there.
As if there haven’t been enough issues brought up over the Tigers play, now some are criticizing how Swinney runs down the hill behind the cheer squad and greets his players after they touch Howard’s Rock and come down the Hill.
ACC Network analyst Kelly Gramlich took to Twitter earlier to point how bad of a take Brandon Walker (whoever that is) had regarding Swinney and how he runs down the Hill.
Swinney has shown that his style works at Clemson and the proof not only shows in the trophy case but also shows in his former and current players. Heck, he’s even helped players that decided to use the transfer portal find other schools after they decided to leave.
In a world where it’s ”what have you done for me lately” more often than not, you can expect there are going to be complaints but it does seem that Swinney, for whatever reason, gets more than his fair share. He brings the critics out of the woodwork.
Swinney and his Tigers will have a chance to silence some of them this Saturday at 3:30pm when they take on the North Carolina State Wolfpack in Raleigh.
