The college baseball season might have been cut short due to the pandemic but that didn’t stop Clemson from winning the season series against the rival South Carolina Gamecocks for the fifth time in six seasons.

Clemson took game win at Founders Park behind seven no hit innings from starter Sam Weatherly. The left handed junior struck out 11 Gamecock batters in his most dominant start of the season.

Clemson would drop the second game of the series, held at Segra Park in Columbia. The finale was played at Doug Kingsmore, where the Tigers put the finishing touches on another series win over UofSC.
