The ACC named Clemson defensive end Justin Foster its “Player of the Week” after the performance he turned in vs Louisville last weekend. With Xavier Thomas out in concussion protocol, Foster stepped up in a big way, having the best game of his Clemson career to date.
Foster had a career high 2 sacks, as well as 3.5 TFL and a forced fumble. It’s the first time Foster has earned the award and he is the first defensive lineman to win the award this season. This is the tenth time a Clemson player has earned a weekly award from the conference this season.
